<p><strong>Senior Manager, Analytics - Corporate Development</strong></p><p>The Senior Manager, Analytics – Corporate Development will lead and be responsible for quantitative analysis and data management initiatives across Corporate Development with a focus on both reverse and forward mortgage servicing, valuation, and securitization-related activities. This role will provide strategic analytical leadership involving advanced analytical tool development, and comprehensive valuation, reporting, and financial modeling efforts, including LLPA analysis, buyout strategy evaluation, and structured finance execution. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive data‑informed decision‑making and support key transactional and capital markets objectives.</p><p><strong>Job Functions and Responsibilities:</strong><br>Develop, maintain, and improve analytical models used for reverse and forward mortgage assets, including securitization analysis<br>Oversee the analysis of securitization structures for both reverse and forward mortgage products, including evaluating execution options such as whole loan sales versus securitization<br>Maintain and enhance internal databases, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility<br>Produce regular reports on portfolio performance, model outputs, and key risk metrics across mortgage portfolios<br>Perform back testing and validation of existing models, identifying inconsistencies or areas for improvement as well as scenario analysis and stress testing under different macroeconomic assumptions<br>Manage statistical and data analysis used to evaluate mortgage asset behavior, including prepayments, defaults, cash flow performance and reporting<br>Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate assets and contribute to financial models used in investment and capital markets decisions.<br>Update model methodology, assumption, and output documentation for internal use and audit purposes<br>Lead cross functional projects to improve data workflows, database architecture, and reporting processes<br>Drive and contribute to ongoing process improvements, automation efforts, and data infrastructure enhancements<br>Perform other duties as assigned<br> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field<br>7-10+ years of experience in data analysis, finance, or a related analytical role<br>3+ years of demonstrated experience in people management or team leadership role<br>Basic understanding of mortgage products, including reverse mortgages and/or forward mortgages, is required<br>Exposure to securitization, structured finance, or fixed income products is required<br>Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases<br>Experience with Python, Excel, and other analytical tools preferred<br>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail<br>Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation<br>Strong organizational and time management skills<br>Ability to communicate findings clearly and work collaboratively within a team environment<br>Willingness to learn and develop technical and financial modeling skills<br> </p> <br><p>Onity Group Inc. is a leading non-bank financial services company providing mortgage servicing and originations solutions through its subsidiary, Onity Mortgage, formerly known as PHH Mortgage.
