Senior manager, digital delivery and enablement

Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented and results driven Senior Manager of Digital Delivery and Enablement to lead projects and process improvement initiatives across the Digital Portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that accelerate digital transformation, enhance the operating model and standardize and mature Product Management frameworks to ensure scalable, high-quality product delivery.

Lead and execute large scale initiatives focused on continuously improving processes that enable and accelerate the digital product development lifecycle. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and communicate the Digital Product Roadmap. Collaborate closely with program managers, product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure process improvements align with strategic priorities.

Create and maintain clear process documentation, workflows, governance models, and operating standards. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across delivery pipelines; recommend and drive solutions that improve speed, quality, and predictability. Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. Monitor process performance using metrics and dashboards; synthesize insights and report progress to leadership. Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments related to digital delivery processes. Maintain strong portfolio data hygiene and governance to ensure accurate, actionable insights.

Role Requirements

7+ years in digital product management preferably in payments or financial services. Consumer product management experience, with good understanding of the technical and platforms ecosystems. Proven track record of leading the development and implementation of successful product strategies with excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with teams in different locations.

Experience working with multiple stakeholders/teams in different countries with different cultural backgrounds. Excellent analytical skills and ability to constantly deep dive and take decisions based on data analysis. Strong understanding of business and tech aspects of product strategy to drive roadmaps and execution for the markets.

Work Shift

Salary

The base salary range is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
