Senior Marketing Executive

Decarb Connect connects senior decision-makers across capital-intensive sectors. The marketing function is central to making that happen.<br>The Role<br>We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to be responsible for audience development and campaign execution across our event portfolio, webinar series and monthly newsletter that services three distinct buyer communities. Your role will help drive the rebrand transition to Industrial Connect Group.<br>You will be a multi‑channel marketer with a track record in conference or events marketing with knowledge in how to build an audience, deliver a campaign from brief to post‑show, maintain reporting and analysis and keep data clean and commercial. If you are looking for campaign ownership with a clear pathway and training to Marketing Manager level this is the right move for you.<br>Responsibilities<br>Webinar Marketing: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for our webinar programme spanning email, social media and paid media, as well as coordinating with partners to maximise reach and registrations.<br>Newsletter Ownership: Deliver the Industrial Connect Group monthly newsletters across email and LinkedIn. You will grow the readership, maintain engagement and ensure content stays relevant to senior buyers.<br>Conference & Event Marketing: Deliver the marketing for 3-4 events per year across three verticals, delivering the full campaign lifecycle from brief to post‑show. This includes:<br>Strategy & Planning: Campaign briefs, marketing strategy, paid media planning, budget forecasting, and data briefs<br>Pre-Launch: Website updates and pricing, partner outreach, PPC briefs, content planning, asset creation, audience segmentation, and pre‑launch activity<br>Launch & Execution: Campaign launch, ongoing execution, and reactive strategy as the campaign evolves<br>On‑site & Post‑Show: Event delivery, campaign analysis, wash‑up meetings, sponsor reports, post‑show reports, and evergreen content creation<br>Website Management: Updating the event website throughout the campaign<br>Data Management: Maintain accurate and well‑organised campaign and audience data throughout every stage of the marketing process.<br>Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, partners, and sponsors to ensure campaigns are aligned, on‑brand, and delivered on time.<br>Key Performance Indicators<br>Campaign Execution<br>Paid Media Execution<br>Accuracy and Deadline Management<br>Audience Growth across Data Build and Social Media<br>What Industrial Connect Group offers you<br>25 days holiday per year + Salary: GBP 30000 - 32000 per year Experience: 2 years required
