<h2>Overview</h2> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Senior Mobile Application Developer</strong> to help deploy, extend, and integrate LIGER, an enterprise AI platform that connects knowledge, systems, and agentic workflows to accelerate outcomes across federal missions. </p> <p>In this role, you will work with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and cybersecurity specialists to deliver secure, high-performing mobile applications. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.</p> <p> </p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.</li> <li>Develop native iOS and Android modules when deeper platform integration is required.</li> <li>Design and implement scalable mobile architecture, including authentication, state management, navigation, and offline data synchronization.</li> <li>Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and cloud-hosted services.</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues across the full request chain from mobile client to backend systems.</li> <li>Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and secure mobile development practices.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance through code reviews and mentorship.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field</li> <li>5–10+ years of software development experience and 3+ years building mobile applications</li> <li>Strong experience with React Native and TypeScript</li> <li>Experience deploying iOS and Android mobile applications</li> <li>Ability to implement native modules using Swift and Kotlin</li> <li>Experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs and authentication systems</li> <li>Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and how AI capabilities can be integrated into mobile applications</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active <strong>secret</strong> security clearance</li> <li>Experience working in government, defense, or regulated environments</li> <li>Familiarity with mobile security practices and OAuth2/OpenID authentication</li> <li>Experience integrating with cloud-hosted backends (AWS, Azure, GovCloud)</li> <li>Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) or secure deployment strategies</li> <li>Experience implementing automated mobile testing frameworks</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience implementing mobile telemetry and observability, including instrumentation of user events, performance metrics, and error tracking.</li> <li>Experience designing event taxonomies and instrumentation strategies for product analytics and application monitoring.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Target salary range: $100,000 - 170,000.
