As a Senior UI Producer, you’re the production hub of all things UX and UI. You are not only the day-to-day planner, runner, and advocate of a cross-functional UI team of designers, engineers, and artists, you are also a key driver in building UI-led features across the wider team.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Take ownership of high level initiatives and work with all departments to complete goals.</li> <li>Own and maintain the UI roadmap and the UI backlog, ensuring progress or changes are communicated across various channels.</li> <li>In partnership with the UI Design, Art, and Engineering Leads, conduct milestone planning, task and bug prioritizations to ensure the team is working on the right things at the right time.</li> <li>Work with other Producers to plan and schedule work across teams for features led and supported by UI.</li> <li>Work with UI leads and team to create estimated tasks for work and follow the work through its lifecycle, unblocking as needed along the way.</li> <li>Manage change requests, both at the stakeholder and team level.
