<p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold">Product analyst</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">We’re looking for a senior product analyst to join our growing analytics team. <br>You’ll own product analytics end-to-end — from instrumentation and data quality to experimentation, funnels, and retention — and be a genuine strategic partner to product and growth teams. You’ll work closely with another analyst and data engineers, bring structure to how we measure product decisions, and actively help build a strong data culture across the company.<br><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">You’ll be expected to form hypotheses, challenge assumptions, and define what success looks like for the things we ship.<br><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">This is a fully remote collaboration under a service agreement. We value a culture of questions and curiosity with a ‘measure what can be measured’ approach. <br><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold">What you will do</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Own product analytics infrastructure in Amplitude and BigQuery: maintain data consistency, quality, and coverage, and use it yourself as a primary tool for discovery, not just as a reporting layer;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Think in funnels, retention, cohorts, and activation. Spot anomalies in onboarding and in-product behavior, form hypotheses, and drive investigations through to clear conclusions;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Design and run A/B tests end-to-end: framing the question, calculating sample sizes, monitoring, and interpreting results with statistical rigor;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Write SQL in BigQuery to explore data, validate quality, and answer complex ad-hoc questions;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Build dashboards and reports, and actively use them in your own work to surface findings, generate hypotheses, and share insights with the team proactively;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Translate findings into clear, actionable conclusions for product and growth teams;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Work closely with a second analyst, developers, and data engineers to keep tracking consistent across the funnel, and define instrumentation requirements when gaps appear;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Help shape the analytics infrastructure as we migrate from Amplitude toward a full data warehouse setup.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt"><br><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold">What we expect</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- 5+ years of relevant experience, with a track record of influencing product decisions;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Strong SQL: comfortable with complex queries, joins, aggregations, and window functions;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Python: comfortable writing scripts for data processing, visualization, and statistical analysis for A/B tests and research;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Experience with product analytics tools, such as Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, or similar; </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Solid understanding of the full user funnel for the web products: acquisition, activation, retention, as well as in-product behavior;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Basic data engineering literacy: how tracking is set up, where data comes from, and how to manage uncovered zones;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Ability to define and articulate requirements for developers or data engineers when enhancements to tracking or additional data acquisition are needed;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- English at a B2+ level. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt"><br><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold">Would be a plus</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Experience with BigQuery;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- You’ve built or significantly improved an analytics setup from scratch;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Statistics background or hands-on experimentation experience;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">- Experience building custom dashboards and conducting research from scratch.<br><br></span><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif"><span style="color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold">How to apply</span><span style="color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-size: 10pt"><br></span><span style="color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-size: 12pt">Please use our application form to submit your CV and other necessary details.
