JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Product Manager, Ad Technology at AdRise, you will be a senior product leader responsible for shaping the automation, instrumentation, and operational intelligence systems that support Fox & Tubi Media Group (TMG)’s advertising platform. You will own a strategic product area focused on Ad Intelligence: AdRise’s AI layer for ad video understanding, suitability, and monetization, with responsibility for turning that intelligence into a platform capability deeply integrated into creative review, brand detection, reporting, audience development, and delivery workflows. You will leverage your broad expertise across the ad tech ecosystem to identify opportunities, define scalable solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes for FOX and TMG.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define, build, and evolve ML- and AI-enabled decisioning, instrumentation, and operational systems, setting direction across engineering, data science, operations, and business stakeholders.

  • Tackle ambiguous, cross-domain problems where requirements are not fully defined, success criteria must be established, and tradeoffs span engineering, data science, policy, operations, and business stakeholders.

  • Set product direction and drive roadmap priorities based on a deep understanding of system constraints, operational pain points, instrumentation gaps, and measurable business outcomes..

  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, policy, operations, legal, and business teams to shape solutions, align tradeoffs, and drive execution of new capabilities.

  • Influence stakeholders across Fox and Tubi to align on priorities, drive roadmap decisions, and advance product strategy in a complex cross-functional environment.

  • Spearhead the rollout, measurement, and iteration of new capabilities, using instrumentation, closed-loop monitoring, and operational feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • You will report to a Principal Product Manager who leads the broader product area, and work closely with senior engineering, data science, policy, and business partners across Fox and Tubi.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 7+ years of product management experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in the ad tech industry, including publisher-side solutions for digital and Connected TV (CTV) advertising.

  • Broad knowledge spanning the ad delivery chain, including ad serving, streaming (CTV/OTT), programmatic advertising, publisher  monetization, and the measurement and operational systems that support them.

  • Demonstrated success owning complex, system-level products where impact is driven by algorithms, automation, and data rather than surface-level features or standalone UI workflows.

  • Deep understanding of quantitative and systems-oriented areas of ad tech, such as experimentation, yield, delivery diagnostics, instrumentation, measurement, or ML- and AI-driven decisioning.

  • Experience or strong familiarity with the concepts of identity resolution, data collaboration, and advertising measurement strategy.

  • Proven track record of defining and delivering complex software products in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate organizational complexity, and drive alignment across engineering, data science, operations, and business teams.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and experimentation to inform product decisions, evaluate system performance, and reason rigorously about complex, model-driven behavior.

  • Experience building platforms where value is delivered through automation, decisioning, and model-driven workflows—not just user-facing features—including AI/ML-enabled yield tools, classification/review systems, or agentic products.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align large, multi-faceted organizations.
