Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.</p> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON</strong></h3> <p>Every year, trillions of dollars move through real estate transactions, yet the industry still relies on outdated, fragmented payment systems that slow real estate closings and create risk. Qualia sits at the center of the real estate closing workflow, and now we're building payments infrastructure integrated directly into the Closings experience.</p> <p>As Senior Product Manager for Payments, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of this product from the ground up. You will drive the development of end-to-end payment flows, introduce new payment rails, and deliver an experience that delights our customers and end users.</p> <p>If you have built payments products and want a rare opportunity to define an entirely new category, then this could be the perfect opportunity.</p> <h3><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end payments product strategy, right from assessing market opportunities and defining the vision to shipping and iterating in production</li> <li>Partner with Design to craft a best-in-class payments experience tailored to the unique demands of real estate closings</li> <li>Integrate with multiple payment rails to maximize speed, optionality, and value for customers</li> <li>Collaborate with Engineering and Design to break ambitious goals into shippable, iterable milestones that deliver value fast</li> <li>Work with cross-functional teams such as  Strategy, Legal, Risk, Operations, Bank Partners, and Product Marketing to build high-impact features</li> <li>Maintain a prioritized roadmap that maximizes customer value while balancing technical complexity and risk</li> <li>Write crisp, compelling product requirements documents that clearly frame the problem, success criteria, and context</li> <li>Analyze adoption and engagement data rigorously, using what you learn to sharpen priorities and improve the product with every iteration</li> </ul> <h3><strong>YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building exceptional software products</li> <li>Proven experience building payments products spanning multiple payment methods: ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and checks</li> <li>Knowledge of real estate, title, lending, or insurance industries is a plus</li> <li>Experience with Agile Product Development methodologies and scoping, executing, and delivering products to market</li> <li>Analytical and strategic with a proven track record of using data to validate assumptions</li> <li>Oriented towards solving problems through listening, disambiguating, asking questions, and negotiating trade-offs</li> <li>Experience creating roadmaps and communicating them to executives</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with high-level decision-makers</li> </ul> <p>While this role is remote work eligible, we have three office locations: San Francisco, California; Concord, New Hampshire; and Austin, Texas.</p> <p>This role has a base annual salary of $180,000-$200,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package.
