You will define and execute product strategy by assessing market needs, developing customer-focused requirements and roadmaps, and analyzing market trends and competitive dynamics. You will collaborate with data science teams on R&D initiatives, partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, and work with product commercialization leaders to bring products to market.</p><p>You will report to the Group Product Director.</p><p><strong>You'll have the opportunity to:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and evolve Experian's identity products that sit downstream of the identity graphs, ensuring resolution and linkage of client inputs to applicable outputs across online and offline environments.</li><li>Translate needs into clear product and technical requirements, and work with engineering and product owners to deliver new features and enhancements.</li><li>Manage the full product lifecycle, including roadmap, pricing, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and ongoing optimization based on performance and voice of the customer.</li><li>Monitor performance metrics (e.g., match rates, accuracy, coverage, latency), identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for clients.</li><li>Assess market needs across AdTech and MarTech, with a focus on how offline and digital identity converge to support consumer marketing use cases (e.g., measurement, activation, enrichment, attribution).</li><li>Guide innovation projects by partnering with the Experian strategy, data science, and development teams to test new MVPs that solve market problems.</li><li>Collaborate with internal Experian teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, Privacy) to ensure understanding of broader platform capabilities.</li><li>Ensure agreement on privacy, data governance, and contractual requirements across all products and use cases.</li><li>Participate in trade association working groups within the data-driven marketing ecosystem (e.g., NAI, IAB) to represent Experian.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with an understanding of identity resolution across offline and digital ecosystems.</li><li>3+ years of product management experience, overseeing roadmaps and working to deliver products and enhancements.</li><li>Domain expertise in AdTech/MarTech, including 5+ years of hands-on experience with identity resolution use cases (e.g., enrichment, measurement, data append).</li><li>Understanding of identity constructs such as PII, cookies, MAIDs, IP, hashed identifiers, and how they map across systems.</li><li>Experience with 1st party/CRM data, data quality principles, identity linkage, and customer data platforms.</li><li>Exposure to clean room environments and crosswalk solutions.</li><li>Understanding of privacy frameworks and data governance in identity-driven products.</li><li>Prior experience promoting product success in the market, driving strategy and direction for all products.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
