Experience in product management, technical product management, or management consulting preferred.</li><li class="">Experience working within <em>Fintech</em>, <em>lending</em> products, credit risk, global remittances, or highly regulated operational ecosystems is ideal but not required.</li><li class="">Experience working alongside technical infrastructure/engineering squads and managing sophisticated external software vendors or bank partners is ideal but not required.</li><li class="">Self-directed operator who operates with laser-focused attention to detail, thrives in ambiguity, and values closing open loops above all else.</li><li class="">Comfortable holding senior stakeholders accountable, managing up, and pushing back when deadlines are at risk.
