If you have 8+ years of SAP implementation experience and expertise in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), apply now.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior SAP DRC / eDocument Consultant</strong> to support a multi-country e-invoicing and electronic document compliance rollout. This position will be <strong>Full-Time</strong> and <strong>Remote</strong> for a <strong>6–12 month contract</strong>.</p><p></p><p><strong>Only candidates not requiring sponsorship now or in the future will be considered.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead configuration and implementation of SAP DRC across multiple country rollouts simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Design and configure country-specific eDocument scenarios within the DRC Cockpit, including output channels, document types, and transmission workflows.</p></li><li><p>Integrate SAP DRC with SAP BTP, external government/tax authority platforms, and Peppol network access points.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with SD and Billing functional teams to ensure accurate eDocument generation from sales and billing transactions.</p></li><li><p>Translate country-specific regulatory requirements into SAP configuration.</p></li><li><p>Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities across each country deployment.</p></li><li><p>Serve as subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on compliance requirements and solution design decisions.</p></li><li><p>Produce configuration documentation, functional specs, and knowledge transfer materials.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li><p>8+ years of SAP implementation experience, with a minimum of 4 years focused on SAP DRC or the legacy eDocument framework.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience with multi-country global rollouts, specifically in Europe and/or the Middle East.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with Peppol network integration and country-specific access point configuration.</p></li><li><p>Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD and Billing (OTC cycle, billing document types, output determination).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite as they relate to DRC connectivity.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of e-invoicing regulatory frameworks in France, Germany, and/or UAE.</p></li><li><p>Experience with SAP ECC preferred; SAP S/4HANA experience with DRC add-on acceptable.</p></li></ul><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li><p>Experience with SAP DRC Cloud Edition.</p></li><li><p>Prior engagement with tax technology or indirect tax compliance teams (VAT, GST).</p></li><li><p>Ability to work across time zones supporting European and Middle Eastern project teams.</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.</p></li><li><p>Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person.</p></li><li><p>Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><strong>Reasonable accommodation statement</strong></p><p>If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>application.accommodations@cai.io</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> or (888) 824 – 8111.</p><p></p><p></p>$85.00 - $93.00 per hour<p>The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
