Job Description:
- Support pursuit management team from opportunity identification through award.
- Collaborate with Capture and Solution Architect team members to fully understand client desires and requirements.
- Support development of solutions targeted to deliver against client desires and requirements.
- Translate solution concepts into compelling graphics and slides.
- Deeply understand complex technical material, narratives, and storyboards, and translate them into clear, accurate, and structured slide content.
- Engage with dense subject matter and produce high‑quality, visually compelling, content‑rich presentations that effectively communicate key messages.
- Develop proposal content for technical, management, and scenario responses.
- Collaborate with authors of other proposal sections to maintain message alignment across all proposal sections and volumes.
- Apply FEDSIM-specific oral proposal methodologies and scoring strategies to maximize evaluation outcomes.

Requirements:
- Technical Degree plus 12+ years that includes 8 in industry and 4 in BD.

- Strong project management skills including team facilitation and management of resources and schedules.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills including persuasive writing skills.
- Superior organization and follow-through skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical ability.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and assignments.
