For our engineers, this means direct access to product roadmaps, private previews, and the teams building the platform.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Lead our talent acquisition for data engineering and analytics practice in Poland and Romania or Greece. Identify, attract, and hire top technical talent across Romania or Greece as we establish our second strategic location.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Full-cycle recruitment for Data Engineers, Data Architects, Analytics Engineers, and Platform Engineers</p><p>• Develop sourcing strategies for Poland and Romanian and Eastern European markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and technical channels</p><p>• Partner with leadership on technical requirements, market intelligence, compensation trends, and hiring strategy</p><p>• Conduct technical screens assessing experience with Databricks, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Spark, Python, and SQL</p><p>• Coordinate technical interviews and provide detailed candidate assessments</p><p>• Manage ATS workflows, track recruiting metrics, and ensure compliance with Polish, Romanian or Greek labor laws</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><p>• 5-8 years technical recruiting experience, preferably in consulting/professional services</p><p>• Proven track record hiring data engineering, analytics, and cloud platform roles</p><p>• Understanding of data technologies: Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, cloud platforms, ETL/ELT, modern data stack</p><p>• Deep knowledge of Romanian or Greek talent market and local hiring landscape</p><p>• Fluent in Romanian or Greek and English</p><p>• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency and experience with modern ATS platforms</p><p>• Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple searches simultaneously</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Experience recruiting for Databricks or cloud data platform specialists</p><p>• Network in Polish Romanian or Greek tech hubs</p><p>• Background in data/analytics consulting firms</p><p>• Knowledge of Romanian or Greek tech community and professional networks</p><p><strong>WHAT DO WE OFFER</strong></p><ul><li><p>Shape talent strategy and build our Romanian or Greek presence from the ground up</p></li><li><p>International team environment with professional growth opportunities</p></li><li><p><strong>Competitive Salary:</strong> based on your experience and skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>Stable Employment:</strong> Contract signed with our Polish entity (Entrada AI Poland). </p></li><li><p><strong>100% Remote:</strong> Full flexibility to work from anywhere in Romania or Greece.</p></li></ul><p><strong>RECRUITMENT PROCESS</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Introductory Call (20 min):</strong> Short conversation with our Recruiter to discuss your background and expectations.</p></li><li><p><strong>2nd Interview (60 min): </strong>Deep dive into your technical skills with our managers.</p></li><li><p><strong>3rd Interview (Optional) :</strong> Required only in specific cases.</p></li><li><p><strong>Decision & Offer:</strong> We aim to close the process efficiently.</p><p></p></li></ul>
