This involves the full lifecycle of the policy including EPI, written, priced loss ratios, Renewals and endorsements. The main focus is to ensure the timeliness, quality and consistency of data throughout the clients. <br><br> </div><div>The Senior Technician will also be involved in the onboarding process of new clients where the level of Data Partnering Service ‘DPS’ will be agreed.</div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Quality control (second pair of eyes) of Policy Administration on behalf of in scope clients:</li></ul><div>- Original Slip entry both new and renewals <br>- Evidence of IELR and RARC <br>- Signing queries (where received) <br>- Additional entries (endorsements into IRIS)<br>- Review of EPI and written on facilities (existing policies maintenance) <br>- Review of Bordereaux in line with written where applicable<br>- Queries to be raised with Client DPS in first three months  </div><ul> <li> Work with Client Data Partner DPS on sample selection each month</li> <li>Month-end Reporting including findings and KPI’s</li> <li>Work closely with DPS and Syndicates in respect of data issue management (monitoring, resolution, reporting, escalation)</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate documentation is received for review</li> <li>Feedback any PAS issues</li> <li>Part of the Data Working Groups</li> </ul><br><br><h3>Skills, Knowledge & Expertise</h3><div>Key Personal Skills:</div><ul> <li>Communication: Expresses ideas effectively and listens actively, facilitating productive relations with team and other internal & external stakeholders. </li> <li>Ability to produce consistently accurate work to tight deadlines </li> <li>Flexibility: readily adapts to changing organisational needs and priorities and has the ability to work simultaneously on a variety of projects. </li> <li>Analytical: possesses the ability to understand, visualize, articulate and solve problems involving systems, data, processes and people.</li> <li>Initiative: Proactively takes action to influence events.
