About the Role

We are looking for a proven Social Media Manager / Content Creator who can take our social media presence to the next level. If you live and breathe content creation, understand algorithms inside and out, and have a measurable track record of growing accounts (followers, engagement, leads/sales), we want to talk to you.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can hit the ground running, own our strategy, and deliver real results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a full social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and any other relevant platforms

• Create high-quality, on-brand content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, stories, videos, graphics) that drives engagement and growth

• Manage daily posting, community engagement, and influencer/collaboration opportunities

• Analyze performance with analytics tools and continuously optimize for better reach and conversions

• Stay ahead of trends and test new formats to keep our brand relevant and ahead of the curve

• Report monthly on growth metrics, ROI, and recommendations

Requirements – Non-Negotiable

• Minimum 3 years of professional social media management / content creation experience

• Strong portfolio with before-and-after results (follower growth, engagement rate increases, campaign examples) – must be submitted with application

• Professional references required (we will contact them)

• Expert-level knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creative Center, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite (or similar), and analytics platforms

• Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on deadline

• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a creative eye

• Must be comfortable showing up on camera if needed for brand content
