Duties include conducting behavioral health assessments and providing behavioral health treatment including individual and family psychotherapy utilizing brief treatment modalities. Serves as a consultant and resource to hospital staff in the management and treatment of behavioral health disorders. Collaborates and coordinates with complex/chronic care management and longitudinal community support services. <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>A Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited college or university.</li> <li>Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to perform as part of a multi-disciplinary team.</li> <li>Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.</li> <li>Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.</li> <li>Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><em><strong>Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.</strong></em></p> <h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $74,256.00 - USD $104,499.20 /Yr.
