THE OPPORTUNITY

Stability AI is defining what's possible at the intersection of generative AI and human creativity. Our models — across image, video, audio, and language — are among the most widely deployed AI systems in the world, used by individual creators and Fortune 500 enterprises alike. As we scale our enterprise go-to-market, we're building the solution consulting function from the ground up.

As a Principal Solution Consultant, you sit at the center of our most consequential customer relationships. You'll translate the raw capabilities of our models and inference pipelines into transformational business outcomes — leading discovery, architecting solutions, and building executive-level conviction. This is a founding role with real influence over how the function is built and how Stability AI shows up in the market.

This is not a role for feature demonstrators. You'll be expected to understand customers' creative, technical, and marketing ecosystems deeply enough to design solutions that didn't exist before you walked in the room — and to make them real, quickly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the pre-sales technical narrative for strategic enterprise accounts, from initial discovery through proof-of-concept, technical validation, and deal close
  • Lead consultative engagements with prospective customers — uncovering creative, operational, and infrastructure challenges where generative AI creates the highest leverage
  • Rapidly prototype and deliver functional demonstrations of Stability AI's model portfolio (Stable Diffusion, Stable Video Diffusion, Stable Audio, Stable LM, and our API/platform offerings) using modern tooling, containerization, and generative AI development environments — tailored to audiences from creative directors to C-suite executives
  • Design and articulate integration architectures that connect Stability AI capabilities to customers' existing enterprise stacks — including martech platforms, content management and production systems, cloud infrastructure, and data layers
  • Partner closely with applied research and ML engineering teams to design highly performant AI-driven creative and marketing workflows for enterprise customers, translating technical capabilities into scalable, production-ready solutions
  • Program-manage cross-functional pre-sales efforts on complex, multi-stakeholder deals — aligning product, research, and partnerships around a unified value narrative
  • Stay current on the generative AI landscape, competitive developments, and emerging enterprise use cases across media & entertainment, advertising, gaming, fashion, and enterprise content production
  • Build the practice: develop reusable demo assets, industry-specific playbooks, and solution frameworks that raise the ceiling for the entire go-to-market team
  • Advise sales leadership and account executives on deal strategy, solution positioning, and differentiation

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 7+ years in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprise architecture roles, with a demonstrated track record on complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • 3+ years supporting AI & ML products and services
  • Ability to rapidly build functional demonstrations and proofs-of-concept using modern tooling — including AI-assisted development environments (Lovable, v0, Cursor), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and generative AI APIs — without requiring a full engineering team to do it
  • Hands-on experience with extensibility frameworks, APIs, and SDKs to design and demonstrate deep integrations between platforms — and the ability to clearly articulate those patterns to both technical and business audiences
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with applied research and ML engineering teams to design and deliver AI-driven creative and marketing workflows at enterprise scale
  • Broad fluency across the martech stack — including analytics, campaign management, audience management, content management, and content production platforms — and how they connect into end-to-end enterprise content supply chains
  • Experience designing solutions across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and working knowledge of data layer technologies, including relational, document, graph, and distributed data stores
  • A track record driving large-scale digital transformation programs, with the ability to frame generative AI not as a feature but as a strategic platform shift
  • Exceptional ability to bridge technical depth with executive business storytelling — equally fluent in a systems design conversation with engineers and a strategy dis
