This role is central to defining and executing a brand’s voice across all channels, with a strong emphasis on concepting, articulating, and executing technical concepts targeted at experienced traders. The ideal candidate will be a master storyteller, capable of translating complex concepts into compelling, clear, and persuasive copy that drives engagement, and will partner with the multidisciplinary teams to execute and see concepts through to the end. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT</strong> <strong>YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and articulate original and compelling concepts that inspire audiences, driving engagement and conversion</li> <li>Deliver high-quality work from ideation through final copy and delivery </li> <li>Set the standard for the brand voice across all platforms, with both in-asset and accompanying copy</li> <li>Translate technical product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging </li> <li>Support in developing strategic narratives and that win over clients </li> <li>Offer informed perspectives that elevate team output</li> <li>Work closely with counterparts across Strategy, Creative, Design, Delivery, and Client Partnerships</li> <li>Ensure we’re taking advantage of the latest tech and most advanced approaches, as well as expanding into new platforms</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-4 years relevant experience within a creative advertising role, or a startup environment</li> <li>Experience working with major brands</li> <li>Deep knowledge of social platforms + best practices (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, X, Snapchat)</li> <li>Fluency within the Google Suite and Slack</li> <li>Strong presentation and communication skills</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and listening skills</li> <li>Comfort balancing multiple priorities on tight deadlines</li> <li>A love for learning and teaching new things</li> <li>A high attention to detail</li> <li>Experience working at events and capturing content is a plus</li> <li>Experience contributing to influencer and creator campaigns is a plus</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT DO WE OFFER?</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it.
