Sr Project Manager, Enterprise Projects

The Sr. Project Manager (PM), Enterprise Projects will be an experienced and results-driven member of the Service Line, Operating Unit, or System leadership team. The Sr. PM will play an important role in the successful execution of the organization’s strategic initiatives and objectives. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to implement and monitor strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency and experience, and/or improve overall performance. The person in this role may work independently or as part of a larger Project Management team in the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Project Management: Support the end-to-end management of strategic projects, which will be initiated by an Operating Unit or System Executive Team; Independently lead project management activities of individual project initiatives.

  • Project Planning: Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans. Define project and initiative scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Document detailed project charters and plans by which project teams can manage their progress and expectations.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Build and maintain strong working relationships with various departments and team members involved in strategic projects.

  • Risk Management: Identify and communicate potential risks and challenges that may impact project success.

  • Performance Monitoring and Analytics: Regularly track and report on project status, inclusive of progress and KPI performance, to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders. Prepare meeting materials and presentations for project team, project Steering Committees, and/or management and executive teams.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in a culture of continuous improvement within the project management process. Encourage feedback and identify opportunities to optimize project methodologies and best practices.

  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in managing complex strategic projects from initiation to completion.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey key project milestones and barriers to various stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.

  • Knowledge of and experience with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with industry trends, market dynamics, and business best practices.

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
