Sr. Right-of-Way Agent- Renewables

<table><tbody><tr><td>Gray Hawk Land Solutions is hiring for immediate open position of Senior Renewables Right of Way Agent. This is a remote role with travel as needed to southern Illinois. The individual we are looking for require a minimum of 5 years of demonstratable experience negotiating leases in the Renewable Energy Sector. Additional experience negotiating agreements for Electric Transmission projects will be considered. The desired candidate must be a self-starter and able to perform the below tasks with very little or no supervision. All candidates must have experience negotiating Wind and Solar Leases. The must be located within driving distance to southern Illinois.  <p>Responsibilities & Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Must understand working with Renewable Energy, specifically Wind and Solar, to negotiate leases.</li><li>Must be able to negotiate terms and draft agreements as necessary. Must be able to explain how Wind and Solar Energy development works thoroughly.</li><li>Must understand Wind and Solar lease agreements, typical lease duration, the infrastructure involved, typical payment schedules, etc.</li><li>Establishes and maintains good relationships with surface owners, local government officials, and agencies.</li><li>Represents client and self with professionalism and integrity. Can relate to people from various backgrounds. Can diffuse tense situations quickly.</li><li>Mapping software experience (GIS, Google Earth, etc.)</li><li>Ability to navigate client databases</li><li>Ability to conduct online research</li><li>Demonstrate excellent computer knowledge through effective use of software including Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Earth, Online Land Records Systems, Adobe PDF, and database use is required.</li><li>Able to work well in a team environment or an individual role</li><li>Must reside in Texas or California. </li></ul><p>Pay Rate:</p><p>This is Full-Time, 6 day per week. This position offers per diem as needed when traveling and health, vision & dental benefits.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>
