The Sr. SA is responsible for working with pre-sales and post-sales teams to scope, design and deploy technical solutions and implementations for LogicMonitor's customers. The SA is a product expert that creatively solves business problems with LogicMonitor's best-in-class IT monitoring platform, impacting the company's largest, most strategic customers.<br><br><strong>Here's a closer look at this key role:<br><br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Regularly interact with LogicMonitor prospects and customers to scope custom implementations, integrations and solutions</li><li>Assess feasibility and approach for monitoring use cases and integration opportunities</li><li>Clearly articulate the impact, value and effort of technical proposals to technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Explore and research new technologies to integrate and monitor with LogicMonitor</li><li>Build estimates for services proposals, including hours effort, timeframe and pricing</li><li>Work with Sales and CS to develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs)</li><li>Work collaboratively with the Solutions Architecture team to peer review services proposals</li><li>Regularly perform post-sales discovery and design of custom solutions with customers (requirements gathering, researching, prototyping and design documentation)</li><li>Work collaboratively with the Project Management and Solutions Engineering teams to guide post-sales services delivery, aligning project team to SOW deliverables, scope of engagement, and technical escalations (where necessary)</li><li>Assist Solutions Engineers with deployment of tasks and solutions during PS engagements</li><li>Assist and inform internal initiatives to expand, improve or optimize pre-packaged Professional Services and standard operation procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Regularly stay informed on product updates and consult other SAs on services approach for new LogicMonitor platform features and enhancements</li><li>Regularly evaluate, create or maintain methods for automating and enhancing services delivery: new internal tool discovery, developing reusable solution prototypes/templates, enhancing Python/PowerShell/Groovy automation script repositories</li><li>Periodically present advanced LogicMonitor use cases, scenarios and prototypes to technical peers</li><li>Periodically contribute to internal and external training, webinars</li><li>Coach and mentor newer SAs<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You'll Need:<br><br></strong><ul><li>4+ years experience in architecting, engineering, administering and/or supporting one or more domains of IT infrastructure: Windows/Linux server, networking, security, storage, virtualization, cloud</li><li>3+ years experience in customer-facing, professional services or consulting role</li><li>Experience in one or more programming language: Python, PowerShell, Java or Groovy</li><li>Experience with REST or SOAP APIs: HTTP, JSON, XML, regular expressions</li><li>Experience in a customer-facing, professional services or consulting role</li><li>Willingness to travel (10-20%)<br><br></li></ul><em>Residents of California, click Here to view our California Applicant Privacy Notice.<br><br></em><em>Anticipated Application Close Date: 07/20/26<br><br></em><em><strong>LogicMonitor is an Equal Opportunity Employer<br><br></strong>At LogicMonitor, we believe that innovation thrives when every voice is heard and each individual is empowered to bring their unique perspective. We provide the base salary ranges for all positions posted within the United States. Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training.
