Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale workplace projects in the assigned regions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, design standards and compliance considerations. </li> <li>Manage multiple concurrent projects across a geographically diverse real estate portfolio. Conduct regular site visits and reviews to ensure construction aligns with approved plans. Track project budgets and take proactive measures to resolve delays. </li> <li>Facilitate regular communication and updates to senior leadership, addressing project progress, risks and opportunities.  </li> <li>Ensure workplace projects adhere to company design guidelines, sustainability goals, and quality standards.
