Reporting organizationally to the FIFA26 Stadium Senior Safety and Security Manager, the Stadium Asset Protection and Audit Specialist will be a key member of the FIFA26 Safety & Security team.   This critical role will oversee the coordination, and delivery of the comprehensive safety and security functions within the stadiums focusing on asset protection for FIFA™ and FIFA partner’s assets, as well as remediate any auditing issues.  The role ensures that Private Security personnel assigned to areas where FIFA™ and FIFA’s partner’s assets are located such as all compounds at the stadium with FIFA assets, operations centres, FIFA™ storage rooms, etc, operate in accordance with approved FIFA policies and procedures, the Venue Safety & Security Plan (VSSP), Dot Maps, and Match Day directives. They also are responsible to the FWC26 Safety and Security leadership to ensure all audtiting questions are reporting are completed in a timely manner, are accurate, and that they are available to track down and help remediate auditing irregularities if requested by the FWC26 Security Auditing team.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Operational Delivery – Back of House Areas 
  • Oversee Private Security personnel deployed across the stadium, performing activities such as: 
  • Asset protection within all protected zones in the stadium under FIFA’s responsibility and maintain operational integrity of access control between public and restricted areas.  
  • Ensuring Private Security positioning for access control and asset protection 
  • Broadcast Compound 
  • Ceremonies Compound  
  • Designated FIFA ™ asset storage and holding areas 
  • Designated FIFA™ partner’s asset storage and holding areas 
  • Additional designated build out and construction areas 
  • Designated FIFA ™ accreditation areas and storage 
  • All other areas as assigned where asset protection processes and oversight are required.  
  • Ensure deployment aligns with approved Dot Planning and VSSP zoning. 
Compliance & Standards 
  • Monitor adherence to FIFA operational directives relating to private security guard standards, asset protection, and auditing procedures 
  • Ensure Private Security personnel enforce access control in accordance with approved post orders. 
  • Identify and escalate deviations from approved operational planning. 
Incident Management & SOC Coordination 
  • Monitor, document, and report security incidents in areas of responsibility. 
  • Immediately escalate and follow reporting policies related to any asset protection infringements to the FIFA Safety and Security Senior Manager and Stadium Operations Center (SOC). 
  • Support coordinated response in alignment with FIFA Security directives. 
  • Provide timely situational updates through established reporting channels. 
  • Participate in post-incident reviews where applicable. 
Stakeholder Liaison 
  • Coordinate operationally with: 
    • Private Security supervisors 
    • Stadium Operations 
    • Functional Areas owners of spaces and compounds within the stadium 
    • Canine provider supervisors and FWC26 Search and Screening operators.  
    • Work with Access Management team to collect information on Private Security deployment 
    • Law Enforcement when tactical intervention is required
  • Ensure clarity of escalation pathways for asset protection incidents. 
  • Maintain professional conduct in high-value, high-pressure environments. 
Reporting & Administration 
  • Review for accuracy operational records relating to asset protection, audit, and incidents. 
  • Monitor all defined communication channels to collect, merge, and centralize information to be reported 
  • Organize, collect, and submit all data points for the Stadium  Match Day updates, Incident reporting,  post-match summaries and reports, and auditing reporting daily.   
  • Work with Private Security contractor to monitor headcount of resources and report on delivered resources  
  • Support the overall compliance and audit  processes by collecting and reporting data on private security delivery.  
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to assist with auditing  

Your Profile

Education & Qualifications
  • Relevant professional certifications in event operations or safety management are an advantage 
Work Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in major events, hospitality, logistics, or VIP environments 
  • Experience supervising or coordinating private security services 
  • Experience in Asset Protection and/or Auditing 
  • Strong understanding of access control, incident response, and operational security principles 
  • Major event or international tournament experience is an advantage 
Languages
  • Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
Technology
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
