When you own what you do and are driven to deliver, you have the flexibility to decide where and how you work. </p><p>Our roles aren’t just remote and hybrid first—they break free from the traditional ways of doing things, paving a way for <b>A Job That Works for You.</b> </p><p></p><p><b>The role in a nutshell</b>:</p><p><br>We are looking to hire a knowledgeable and experienced <b>Recruiter TEMPs positions</b> to join our growing international Staff-Leasing team and to support our Temporary employment agency (ETT) in Spain.</p><p></p><p><b>How you will make a difference:</b></p><ul><li>Full responsibility for all recruitment processes of our Temporary employment agency in Spain</li><li>In coordination with our Sales team, to fully understand the needs of our customers for all TEMPs positions to hire</li><li>Managing the search of candidates for all TEMPs positions: screening best candidates, having a first contact with them and prepare a shortlist for our customers</li><li>Acting as a link between the best candidates for any position and our customers, to ensure that we are delivering our services properly</li><li>Good command of the Spanish Labor Market regulation and processes</li><li>Work contracts in Temp recruitment agencies: A comprehensive view of all details, types, etc.</li><li>Maintain appropriate client and employee contracts and other activity records</li><li>Good organizational capabilities: appropriate document-keeping, setting priorities in order to get things well done and on time.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What will give you an advantage:</b></p><ul><li>University education, preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or alternatively in Business Administration</li><li>Strong experience with recruitments, acquired in small temporary employment agencies (ETT)</li><li>+5 years of working experience relevant for this position</li><li>Native Spanish speaker, English Intermediate level (written and spoken)</li><li>Previous professional experience in temporary employment agencies</li><li>Comfortable with search processes, first discussions with candidates, and customer-facing time (as needed)</li><li>Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment</li><li>Service-driven with the ambition to excel</li><li>Be able to communicate effectively with customers, partners and colleagues</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who we are and what we do:</b><br> </p><p>Safeguard Global is….Global!
