<div><strong>Job Description</strong><br/><br/>Job Responsibilities:<br/><ul><li>Research, discuss, and review new product features with the development team.</li><li>Design, write, and manually run test cases for each product development stage.</li><li>Identify, report, and document product issues in the bug tracking system.</li><li>Debug and reproduce customer issues in collaboration with the development team.</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers to analyze, debug, and resolve issues.</li><li>Create documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.</li><li>Develop test tools for product function testing and debugging.</li><li>Develop automated scripts to enhance development efficiency.</li><li>Monitor and report all product development risks.</li><li>Contribute to the development of work assistance systems to improve team efficiency.</li><li>Provide guidance on work processes, task assignments, and work methods.</li><li>Work with international team members to test, research, and support product releases.</li></ul><br/><br/>Job Requirements:<br/><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for automation development/testing experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of test processes and methodologies, including test case design, failure scenario documentation, and problem isolation.</li><li>Good knowledge in Firewall, IPSec, SSL, IdP, BGP, SDWAN, and TCP/IP networking.</li><li>Proficient in using Linux/Unix systems for daily work.</li><li>3 or more years of experience in development using Python.</li><li>Experience using Robot Framework to develop functional test scripts.</li><li>Understanding of various test tools and concepts, such as RESTful API, Selenium, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, etc.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills, particularly with international team members.</li><li>Strong learning ability, adaptability, and curiosity about new technologies and methods.</li><li>Candidates with knowledge of Python and Robot Framework are preferred.</li></ul><br/><br/>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $121,000-$148,000.
