Strategic Account Executive - Healthcare

<strong>About the Team:</strong><br/>UKG's Healthcare team is seeking a Mid-Market New Account Executive. The Healthcare vertical is full of talented, collaborative team members that work closely to align customer and prospect goals with UKG products. This person will be tasked with creating and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, in the accounts, and maximize opportunities to attain and exceed annual sales goals for the territory and the UKG Healthcare sales team.<br/><br/><strong>About the Role:</strong><br/>This Account Executive will be in a role of focusing on both acute and non-acute care accounts between 1-500 employees; the role requires a hunter focus on existing accounts seeking to add on Payroll, HR, Talent, Benefits, and additional HCM products, as well as expanding their labor management solution with additional products such as absence management, scheduling, and the analytics solutions. A successful candidate will need to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand the customers business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solutions to meet their business objectives.<br/><br/><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong><br/>• Expected to consistently exceed sales quotas<br/>• Salesforce efficiency with updates daily and accurate and complete information for every opportunity, as well as updating client contacts, based on organizational changes<br/>• Work closely with the assigned BDR to help with prospecting and lead generation<br/>• Perform lead generation activities, in addition to the BDR, to generate viable sales opportunities<br/>• Proficient with the daily use of Salesforce and updating account information and product opportunities<br/>• The ability to sell Payroll, HR, and other HCM solutions to existing timekeeping and labor accounts<br/>• Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, as well as competitors in the industry<br/>• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer related challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes<br/>• Land and expand in an account with all key stakeholders<br/>• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills<br/>• Strong organizational skills<br/>• Experience with creative prospecting strategies<br/>• Strong working relationships with all internal partners to help support business needs<br/>• Complete all required training courses by the course deadline<br/>• Complete all expense reimbursement requirements according to monthly deadlines<br/><br/><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong><br/>• Minimum 1 year experience of demonstrated success in full-cycle sales or 1+ years of experience prospecting to healthcare customers<br/>• Must be located in Eastern or Central time zones<br/><br/><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br/>• Prior sales experience with a payroll service bureau<br/>• Organized and detail oriented<br/>• Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills<br/>• Strong problem-solving skills<br/>• Strong work ethic, while operating with a high level of integrity, honesty, and commitment to self and all others in the workplace<br/>• Team player mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and with an extended team<br/>• BA/BS or equivalent<br/><br/><strong>Travel:</strong><br/>• Travel up to 25%<br/><br/><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong><br/><br/>The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
