<div>Achievers is looking for a Strategic Solutions Consultant to join our enterprise sales team. This is a technical pre-sales role for someone who is equally comfortable whiteboarding an integration architecture with an IT team and presenting a business case to a CHRO. You will own the technical and strategic layer of our most complex enterprise deals globally, partnering closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to move opportunities from discovery to close<br/><br/><strong>How you'll shape Revenue Growth and Market Expansion:</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Work alongside Key Account Directors and Account Executives on the largest, most complex enterprise opportunities in the Achievers portfolio, acting as the technical and strategic authority throughout the sales cycle.</li><li>Lead discovery and architecture conversations with enterprise IT, HR technology, and security stakeholders, translating customer requirements into a clear solution design that accounts for integrations, data flows, and governance needs.</li><li>Participate in roadmap and customer strategy sessions, bringing a point of view on how Achievers fits into a customer's broader HR technology ecosystem and long term people strategy.</li><li>Design and present custom workflow solutions that leverage the Achievers API, MCP server, and third party integrations across platforms</li><li>Speak fluently about enterprise security requirements including SSO, SCIM, data residency, role based access controls, and compliance considerations relevant to HR data.</li><li>Articulate Achievers' agentic AI capabilities and how they integrate into a customer's existing or planned AI infrastructure, including multi-agent orchestration and enterprise copilot deployments.</li><li>This role requires regular travel to customer sites for strategy sessions, executive presentations, and technical deep dives.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Experience we feel will set you up for success:</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>10+ years of experience in a solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales architecture role at a SaaS company, ideally in HR technology or enterprise platforms.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead technical conversations covering APIs, integration architecture, authentication protocols, and enterprise security requirements.</li><li>Experience building financial models, ROI frameworks, and executive level business cases.</li><li>Comfort operating at multiple levels of a customer organization, from IT architects to C suite stakeholders, adjusting depth and framing accordingly.</li><li>Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, enterprise copilot platforms, and the evolving landscape of AI powered workflow automation.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Our Approach to Total Rewards</strong><br/><br/>We're committed to providing a fair and competitive offer based on what you bring to the team. Each A-Players' compensation is reviewed at least annually against performance and impact in role. For this role, the compensation plan follows a 80/20 split for base and commission earnings. The range for the base portion of this role is $157,000 - $170,000 and it reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role based on current market data. The final offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, experience, and any relevant certifications.
