<h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></span></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Job Description</b></span></h1><p><b>What you’ll do </b></p><p></p><ul><li><b>Execute</b> end-to-end customer parts fulfillment across the order lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate resolution of customer issues.</li><li><b>Interface</b> daily with internal and external customers to meet order fulfillment needs, customer deadlines, and quarterly sales and cash targets.</li><li><b>Coordinate</b> cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sourcing, Pricing, Shipping, Factories, Commercial, and Field) to support delivery commitments.</li><li><b>Manage</b> Order-to-Remittance (OTR) activities in collaboration with Project Managers, Engineering, and CM&U teams.</li><li><b>Serve</b> as the primary point of contact and voice of the customer for order inquiries, complaints, and delivery escalations.</li><li><b>Oversee</b> material shortages and returns in alignment with inventory management and quality strategies.</li><li><b>Manage</b> all international shipments into and outside of the U.S., including strong  knowledge of shipping documentation, mode of transportation, Incoterms, carrier coordination, logistics cost quoting, and cost ownership.</li><li><b>Communicate</b> clear, timely, and detailed quote and order status updates to all stakeholders throughout the order lifecycle.</li><li><b>Support</b> system enhancements, process improvements, and key initiatives impacting parts fulfillment operations, applying sound operational judgment and providing informal guidance as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Advanced experience in Services and Customer Order & Fulfillment operations.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma with relevant professional experience.</li><li>Minimum of 6 years of experience within the Services, Customer Order, Fulfillment, or related job family/function.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in international trade, including import and export of goods</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software</li><li>Knowledge of Manufacturing / Sourcing operations.</li><li>Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP</li></ul><p><br> </p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What will make you stand out</b></p><p></p><ul><li><b>Strong written and verbal communication skills</b>, with the ability to clearly convey order status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.</li><li><b>Demonstrated customer service mindset</b>, acting as an advocate for customer needs and service excellence.</li><li><b>Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities</b> effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.</li><li><b>Proven ability to work collaboratively</b> in cross-functional and matrixed organizations, demonstrating strong teamwork and a proactive attitude.</li><li><b>Strong process orientation and problem-solving skills</b>, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and act as a change agent.</li><li><b>Experience supporting system enhancements or operational initiatives</b> related to parts fulfillment or order management.</li><li><b>Understanding of order management performance indicators</b>, including On-Time Delivery (OTD) and data quality metrics.</li><li><b>Ability to maintain high standards of order data accuracy</b> throughout the full order lifecycle.</li><li><b>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or technical documentation</b>, with an engineering background or technical qualification considered a plus</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Notes: </b><i>(optional, delete if not needed)</i></p><ul><li>If your role is 100% remote or a hybrid role, you may add a statement indicating it as an additional <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">note. [Ex: This</span> is a remote position.
