You will define the business metrics, and support on operational/customer capture initiatives to improve how the the Hivemind business achieves its objectives. </div>WHAT YOU\'LL DO: <ul><li><b>Strategy Development: </b>Support the CTO and Sr. Director of Strategy and Operations with developing, driving, and communicating the Hivemind strategy</li><li><b>Alignment: </b>Collaborate with the Hivemind leadership team (VP of Product, VP of Solutions, Business Development) to translate this strategy into tactical plans and roadmaps</li><li><b>Execution: </b>Independently drive the execution of high priority initiatives; create and implement operations plans; drive accountability and follow through across key process owners. </li><li><b>Strategic Deep Dives: </b>Evaluate strategic bets and investments and initiatives that change the way that Hivemind operates and brings its products to market; synthesize key operational data to inform decision making</li><li><b>Customer Capture Support</b>: Redefine the customer capture process and aid in the capture of strategic partners</li><li><b>Operational Excellence</b>: Support the CTO in managing the Hivemind business operations</li><li><b>M&A: </b>Support cross-functional integration planning and execution needs following M&A activities</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIICATIONS: <ul><li>2-4 years of experience at a Consulting Firm or Investment Bank; ideally focused on the technology and/or Aerospace and Defense sector</li><li>3-5 years of experience at a Defense Tech company or B2B Technology disruptor in a Strategy & Operations capacity or as a Chief of Staff within a fast-moving organization</li><li>8+ years management and leadership experience, preferably in operational and growth settings</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: <ul><li>Exposure to government procurement cycles and/or B2B sales processes </li><li>High level of technical proficiency with PPTX/Excel </li><li>Experience with a cross-functional strategic planning process</li><li>Experience designing and driving cross-functional alignment and performance management systems</li><li>Ability to create granular process maps, identify choke points, and synthesize into actionable takeaways</li><li>MBA or advanced degree</li></ul><div>Full-time regular employee offer package: </div><div>Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity </div><div><br /></div><div>Temporary employee offer package: </div><div>Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)</div><div><br /></div><div>Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
