The ideal candidate is a strong community builder, enthusiastic about education and student success, and has a keen sense of ownership and responsibility for ensuring a positive learning experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Please submit all resumes or CV's in English. </strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Note:</strong> Applicants are required to complete a One-way video interview followed by a test assignment as part of the application process.</p> <br><h3>What you will do</h3> <p>As a Success Manager, you will support a cohort of students throughout their 7 to 10-month program, ensuring they have a successful and enriching learning experience. Your main responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><strong>Outreach:</strong> Proactively engage unresponsive students <strong>through daily phone calls</strong> and tailored <strong>follow-ups</strong> to ensure their continued participation and progress.</li><li><strong>Onboarding and Engagement:</strong> Welcome and onboard new students, organize and host live orientation sessions, and set up communication platforms like Discord.</li><li><strong>Community Building:</strong> Create a tight-knit student community by developing engaging content, organizing online events, and facilitating student interactions.</li><li><strong>Student Support:</strong> Conduct 1-to-1 wellbeing checks, assist with general questions or concerns, and proactively resolve issues or escalate them when necessary.</li><li><strong>Administrative Duties:</strong> Maintain a comprehensive student database, keep track of agreements with up to 150 students, create schedules, send reminders, and produce timely reports.</li><li><strong>Collaboration and Coordination:</strong> Work closely with tutors, instructors, and other team members, participating in regular video conferences and team meetings.</li></ul> <br><h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>Have at least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (such as Personal Manager, Support Manager, Success Manager).</li><li><strong>Be proficient in Spanish (oral and written).
