Job Description:

The Subject Matter Expert provides domain expertise in leadership, public sector management, and federal operations to ensure program relevance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on curriculum development and content accuracy
  • Ensure alignment with federal leadership competencies
  • Provide insights into agency-specific challenges and requirements
  • Support development of case studies and real-world scenarios
  • Review and validate training materials

Educational Requirements:

  • Master�s degree or equivalent experience in leadership, public administration, or related field

Experience Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in federal or public sector leadership
  • 10 years of experience supporting training or program development
