Employee Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator Location: Remote (U.S.-based; limited to candidates residing in California, Oregon, or Idaho) Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship Hours: Full-time, Mon - Fri, between 8 am - 4:30 pm PST Reports to: Director of Supply Chain Compensation: Hourly Non-Exempt Job Description: The Supply Chain Coordinator is a full-time, remote role supporting an e-commerce brand’s end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory management, forecasting, purchasing, production coordination, and fulfillment. This role ensures inventory accuracy and supply continuity across DTC and marketplace channels while supporting cross-functional execution and future growth initiatives. The position reports to the Director of Supply Chain and partners closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, 3PL providers, and suppliers. The ideal candidate has experience working in remote environments and across digital supply chain ecosystems within e-commerce organizations.   Responsibilities:  Inventory Planning & Forecast Support Maintain system-based SKU-level inventory tracking across all sales channels Monitor weeks of supply (WOS), safety stock, and reorder points Support supply and demand planning and monthly S&OP processes Proactively identify stock risks and recommend corrective actions Support and maintain data accuracy across all planning parameters Purchasing & Production Coordination Create and manage purchase orders through the PO lifecycle Track production timelines and maintain accurate ETA reporting Coordinate inbound shipments with FBA, suppliers, freight partners, and 3PLs Support international shipping documentation (DDP/FOB) 3PL & Fulfillment Oversight Monitor daily order flow and fulfillment performance metrics Reconcile inventory discrepancies across systems Coordinate FBA/WFS replenishment and transfer shipments Track freight movements and resolve exceptions Coordinate day-to-day operations with 3PL partners Data, Reporting & Systems Support product development and production timeline Maintain and author spec sheets, GS1 barcodes, technical documents, and Bill of Materials Maintain supply planning dashboards and reporting tools Support forecast accuracy tracking and inventory health reporting Ensure data integrity across ERP, marketplace, and warehouse systems Vendor & Growth Support Maintain supplier documentation and compliance records Support the onboarding of new suppliers or co-packers Support various supply chain SOPs  Assist with sourcing research and vendor vetting as the role expands Qualifications  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or operations coordination Experience with inventory forecasting, purchasing, and fulfillment processes Experience with 3PLs and international shipping documentation (DDP/FOB) Familiarity with product development timelines and technical documentation Knowledge of GS1 barcodes, spec sheets, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) Experience with ERP systems, marketplace platforms, and reporting tools Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking and reporting Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Ability to proactively identify issues and propose solutions Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment Ability to travel occasionally as needed, including for an annual company retreat and other business-related travel.
