Anticipated Salary Range: $133,073.00 - $180,000.00. The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities. Job Description Enlighten is looking for an experienced Systems/Business Analyst to directly support the full spectrum of Product Management operations and IT systems development, and to assist in our growth strategy, with special emphasis on the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). Work is performed in a hybrid environment with some onsite work 1-2 days a week on customer site as well as occasional travel (e.g., twice per year), as necessary. Level Essential Job Responsibilities Establish, foster, and strengthen relationships between company and targeted government customers. Integrate directly into the customer's daily operations as directed by Product Manager. Responsible for understanding Enlighten's capabilities and champion accordingly. Own the customer experience from start to finish. Work closely with Enlighten's analysts, application development, and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery. Work closely/frequently with the Government Product Owner (GPO) and customer PMO to expand, groom, and maintain the requirements backlog. Manage Jira and YouTrack boards, routinely updating issues to reflect the status of development activities. Prepare reports on Agile metrics (e.g., burnup, burndown, velocity, etc.) and ensure compliance with customer SAFe Agile practices. Represent team at customer engagements and with other vendors for SAFe Agile implementation. Satisfy required customer approval gates to ensure acceptance of new application enhancements, features, or capabilities. Prepare/present briefings to customer management, to demonstrate value was delivered. Provide full support of user adoption activities, including Acceptance Testing and Application Familiarization events for our developed products. Validate reported issues and provide resolutions on the spot or escalate to the SW Development Team; tracks/reports required fixes to customer satisfaction. Additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Security Clearance: A current Secret level U.S. Government security clearance is required with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; U.S. citizenship required. 9 years relevant experience with a B.A. or B.S. in Business, a technical field, or related; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. Minimum of 8 years experience in large-scale government technology projects, agile development, and/or big data. Experience directly supporting complex technical projects and or programs. Strong computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with others Excellent interviewing skills including active listening and empathy. Experience running multiple scrum teams within the SAFe methodology Strong experience with using tools like Jira and/or YouTrack. Understanding of requirements engineering in Agile methodologies. Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability and willingness to travel as necessary. Ability to work on customer site 1-3 days a week in Hanover, MD. Could include some visits to our headquarters in Columbia, MD. Flexibility is essential to adapt to schedule changes as needed. Preferred Requirements Top Secret level clearance is desirable. DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certifications may be required in this position as directed by the customer. Experience with Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies, and Cybersecurity. Solid technical background to determine system requirements and work closely with engineering and management to ensure accurate design and estimating would be an asset, but not required. Previous big data systems experience is a plus.
