Systems Engineer (Mid and Senior)

We are seeking experienced Mid and Senior-Level Systems Engineers to design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, hands-on experience with system architecture, and the ability to optimize and secure critical systems in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements or upgrades as needed
  • Configure and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
  • Develop and enforce system security protocols, patching, and access controls
  • Collaborate with network engineers, software developers, and DevOps teams on system integration
  • Document system architecture, configurations, and processes
  • Provide tier-2/3 support for escalated infrastructure issues

Required Skills & Qualifications (Mid-Level):

  • 2–5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role
  • Proficiency in Windows Server and/or Linux environments
  • Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization tools
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, firewalls
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)

Required Skills & Qualifications (Senior-Level):

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure management
  • Expertise in enterprise-level system design and administration
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud architecture and hybrid infrastructure
  • Proven experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, etc.)
  • Strong background in security hardening, auditing, and compliance (ISO, SOC2, etc.)
  • Ability to lead system migrations, upgrades, and architecture overhauls
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and mentoring skills
