Position Overview

We are currently seeking precision-focused commercial operators for the role of Target Yard Hostler. In this critical facility role, you are responsible for the safe, rapid orchestration of commercial trailers within the distribution center yard. This position offers the thrill of commercial driving with the immense benefit of never dealing with highway traffic.

Safe operation of a specialized terminal tractor (yard goat) to shuttle 53-foot trailers to and from dock doors. Highly competitive hourly pay with absolutely no unpaid delay or wait times.

Candidate Qualifications

A flawless safety record, strong spatial reasoning, and the physical agility to climb in and out of the tractor cab repeatedly throughout the shift are mandatory.
