This role spans the critical areas of authentication,  account lifecycle, and the core account management and security tools. As a product leader, you will drive the strategy for secure, effortless customer identification and verification, balancing world-class operational rigor with a deep focus on security, scale, and measurable business impact across a complex, global ecosystem.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Responsibilities</strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br></div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;" class=""><strong>Platform and Data  Strategy</strong>: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the identity data platform from conception to launch for core identity capabilities (onboarding, verification, authentication). Ensure the platform is extensible enough to simultaneously serve multiple fintech products and geo-expansion.</li><li style="text-align: justify;" class=""><strong>Identity and authentication flow design. </strong>Own end-to-end design of identity and authentication flows (including sign-up, sign-in, account recovery, Passkey/OTC/PIN verification, step-up authentication) as specifications that are implemented by other product teams. You define the experience, the logic, and the acceptance criteria while implementation is distributed. This involves aligning multiple teams around a single coherent identity experience without owning its execution directly.</li><li style="text-align: justify;" class=""><strong>Data Architecture & Schema Design:</strong> Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to design, define, and maintain the underlying data schemas for user identity, ensuring data integrity, scalability, security (e.g., PII handling), and efficient retrieval for analytics and operational systems.</li><li style="text-align: justify;" class=""><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership</strong>: Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Fraud, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to align and drive a cohesive strategy. Manage competing demands across teams with explicit dependency tracking and clear prioritization principles.</li><li style="text-align: justify;" class=""><strong>Metric Ownership & Execution</strong>: Define, instrument, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for identification, verification success, platform adoption by internal teams, customer effort reduction, and security. Relentlessly execute against the shared vision to land significant company-wide business impact.</li><li style="text-align: justify;" class=""><strong>AI & Innovation</strong>: Drive the evolution of identification and verification to support secure, efficient AI-driven service experiences, exploring AI-forward approaches like behavioral signals and LLM-aided identity decisioning.</li><li style="text-align: justify;" class=""><strong>Stakeholder Communication</strong>: Clearly and consistently communicate vision, strategy, and progress with internal stakeholders, partners, and executive leadership.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;"><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31);">Requirements</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;" class=""><span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31);">Around 8 years of experience in Product Management.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;" class=""><strong style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31);">Domain Expertise (Required)</strong><span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31);">: Proven experience with Identity, KYC, Onboarding, Authentication, and/or IAM. Experience managing AI-forward or ML-enabled products in identity, risk, or customer service is a plus.</span></li><li style="text-align: justify;" class="">Platform product experience (required).
