Learn more about our benefits.The Technical Project Manager (Technical Change & Engineering Tracking) supports project execution by tracking engineering tasks and coordinating technical changes. The role ensures transparency of progress and supports on-time delivery across teams. **Key Responsibilities*** Track engineering tasks, open actions, and deliverables* Drive coordination of technical changes (e.g., design updates, releases)* Maintain project tracking tools and status reports* Monitor timelines and highlight delays or risks* Support stakeholders with reporting and documentation* Ensure alignment with processes and templates**Functional Knowledge*** Good understanding of project management and development lifecycle phases* Familiarity with engineering workflows and change tracking* Experience with tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, Dashboards, Jira)**Business Expertise*** Ability to align project and change priorities with business objectives and risk considerations* Understanding of cross-functional dependencies across engineering, supply chain and operations* Support reporting of status, risks, and progress* Awareness of how engineering work impacts project delivery**Problem Solving*** Identify delays, missing updates, or inconsistencies in tracking* Escalate issues to project or program managers* Support prioritization decisions by tracking technical feasibility, risk, and business impact**Interpersonal Skills*** Clear communication with engineering and project teams* Team-oriented and structured working style* Ability to drive alignment and collaboration across geographically distributed teams* Structured approach to follow up and ensure task completion while maintaining positive working relationships* Very Good German and English skills (fluent) is a must**Experience*** Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus* 3–6 years in technical project coordination or engineering tracking roles* Experience with task tracking, change management, and status reporting* Hands-on with tools like Excel, Jira, Smartsheet, or dashboards* Exposure to cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, operations)* Understanding of project lifecycle and engineering workflows* Fluent in German and EnglishSounds interesting?
