deliverables meet technical specifications, standards, and project quality metrics before deployment.</li> <li>Ensure requirements are sufficiently detailed, validated, and approved before entering the development lifecycle.</li> <li>Identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, and potential impacts early in the project lifecycle.</li> <li>Facilitate alignment between business, technical, and bold">Project Planning: </span>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resource planning, dependencies, and delivery estimates.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Agile Delivery Leadership: </span>Drive Agile delivery ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) with a focus on unblocking development team, governance processes, including RAID logs, action tracking, dependency management, scope management, and change control processes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Risk Issue & Management: </span>Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, blockers and delivery concerns escalating to Head of PMO and senior management as needed.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Quality & Implementation Oversight: </span>Coordinate with development, QA, and business stakeholders to support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation readiness, and successful production deployment, ensuring the final deliverables meet the defined requirements and quality standards.</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><em>Key Deliverables</em></p> <ul> <li>Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.</li> <li>Maintain accurate project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, and delivery project risks and blockers.</li> <li>Facilitate structured scope management and change request processes.</li> <li>Manage release schedules, coordinate technical deployment plans, and ensure a smooth software development lifecycle (SDLC) initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li> <li>Experience managing cross-functional technology projects involving business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA, and operational users.</li> <li>Strong understanding of requirements management, delivery governance, risk management, and solution implementation practices.</li> <li>Experience working within
