This position is a key component of the EFS market strategy and is essential to driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Thermo Fisher’s presence in a rapidly evolving market.<br><br><b>How will you get here?</b></p><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Experience</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>5+ years' experience with analytical instruments, preferably within Environmental or Food Safety</span></p></li><li><p>Previous experience in technical sales, applications, service, or customer-facing technical roles preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of analytical workflows and applications relevant to the EFS market</p></li><li><p>Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets</p></li><li><p>Strong collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills</p></li><li><p>Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite</p></li><li><p>Must reside in the Western Region of the US, preferably Southern California</p></li><li><p>Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory</p></li><li><p>Experience delivering technical demonstrations and training</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Compensation and Benefits</b></u></p>The salary range estimated for this position based in California is <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">$90,800.00–$136,175.00.</span><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
