fast-evolving, technology-driven environment.</span></p><p dir="auto"></p><h2 dir="auto">Key Responsibilities:</h2><p dir="auto"><strong>Technical Consulting & Implementation</strong></p><ul dir="auto"><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Work closely with clients and Business Service Consultants to understand customers’ technical requirements and business objectives.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Provide hands-on technical support on Solumina software implementation, including configuration, extension, and integration with other systems.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Design, implement, and optimize technical solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Implement and configure integrations between Solumina and various systems.</p></li></ul><p dir="auto"><strong>Client Engagement & Support</strong></p><ul dir="auto"><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Act as a technical advisor, guiding clients on best practices and system enhancements.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Educate and conduct workshops for clients and their IT teams to ensure they are proficient in using and integrating with Solumina and can leverage its capabilities.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, and Customer Care) to improve overall product functionality and customer experience.</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and proactive recommendations.</p></li></ul><p dir="auto"><strong>Project Management & Documentation</strong></p><ul dir="auto"><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Work with project team in the planning, prioritizing and execution of assigned tasks, ensuring timely delivery and
