What the Role Entails

Responsibilities:

● Assist in developing product strategies for our B2B cloud platforms under the guidance of senior technical product managers

● Research industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to help create data-driven product recommendations

● Learn about cloud computing technologies while supporting the technical product team in analyzing technical requirements and use cases

● Help build and maintain business monitoring dashboards and contribute to improving operational efficiency

● Participate in customer feedback sessions and market research, helping to identify and document key user requirements and technical needs

● Collaborate with the business development (BD) teams, providing technical solution support for potential clients and partners to facilitate business opportunities.

● Participate in exploring and evaluating new technology partners and business opportunities, analyzing the feasibility of collaboration from a product and technical perspective

Who We Look For

● Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or related technical field

● Strong interest in technology products and cloud computing

● Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin with international teams preferred but not required.

● Effective communication abilities and teamwork orientation

● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

● Eager to learn about customer needs and use cases
