Territory Manager - Texas

<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory (TX, OK, AR, LA). This role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide product demonstrations and technical support to potential and existing clients.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies and materials.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's presence and network.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals effectively.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing post-sales support.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>WHAT MATTERS MOST</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of experience in sales.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and market dynamics.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to travel within the region as needed.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency in CRM software (Netsuite preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>COMPENSATION & BENEFITS</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">This position is eligible for additional monthly bonuses based on cumulative sales targets.
