About the Role As a key member of our national revenue team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales – Atlantic/Ontario, you will drive overall revenue in Central Ontario, by aligning with the companies' various profitable growth initiatives, cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers with new and current customers, expand current business through diversification with new principles and initiatives as well as active prospecting of new opportunities.

This position is remote and includes travel throughout Central Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

Work in coordination with both your Regional Director and the Director of Corporate Accounts to strategically drive revenue with various customers in the assigned territory.

Conduct research within your assigned territory and to identify regional competitors, potential new accounts and market gaps set out to grow overall profitable revenue in line with company goals.

Identify, canvas, and develop account relationships working within their territory and ensure opportunity completion and management.

Support commercial initiatives by helping promote new products and marketing programs.

Build & maintain strong, positive customer relationships.

Align closely with stakeholders on the revenue team to ensure that you are driving the company’s vision and desired messaging forward in the field alongside all other territory managers in their region.

Maintain an up-to-date register of opportunities in the CRM.

3+ years’ experience in a similar role

Ability to work in a fast pace, dynamic industry

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Highly motivated and enthusiastic

Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication skills

Effective presentation and sales skills

Good working knowledge in the Windows Suite of products, as well as CRM programs.
