Experience Required - 10+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • 10+ years of hands-on development experience across application integration using TIBCO stack of products.
  • At least 4 years of working experience on TIBCO BWCE.
  • Strong technical experience in TIBCO BWCE(container edition) and EMS.
  • Experience working on Jenkins CI/CD pipeline and supporting containerized runtime environments (such as Maven,Docker, Kubernetes).(Optional)
  • Good understanding of XSD, XML, XSLT, XPATH, JSON, Webservice- SOAP and REST.
  • Good to have experience /knowledge on SQL.
  • Knowledge on TIBCO Mashery/ Grafana is plus.
  • Should have knowledge on Jenkins Pipeline deployments.
  • Should have experience at least one monitoring tool.
  • Should have knowledge on TIBCO BW administration.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design and Development:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration designs.
  • Develop integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5/6, TIBCO Cloud Integration, or other relevant TIBCO products.
  • Create and configure TIBCO processes, services, adapters, and integrations.
  • Develop and implement Web Services (SOAP and RESTful) using TIBCO.
  • Design and implement data transformations and mappings.
  • Develop unit tests and participate in integration testing.
  • Adhere to coding standards and best practices.

  • Implementation and Deployment
  • Deploy and configure TIBCO applications and services in various environments (development, testing, production).
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams for environment setup and maintenance.

  • Maintenance and Support
  • Monitor TIBCO environments and integration solutions for performance and stability.
  • Identify and resolve production issues and provide timely support.
  • Perform performance tuning and optimization of TIBCO applications.
  • Apply patches and upgrades to TIBCO software.
  • Maintain documentation related to TIBCO integrations.

  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to understand requirements and design solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

  • Technical Expertise and Learning
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest TIBCO technologies and industry trends.
  • Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues rel ated to TIBCO integrations.
Base Salary Range : $140,000 to $165,000 Per Annum
