Tour Representative

The Tour Representative plays a critical role in supporting L.A.B. Golf athletes and brand presence at professional tour events. This position serves as the on-site operational lead responsible for product distribution, inventory management, event setup, and athlete support.

The Tour

Representative ensures seamless execution at events by coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate inventory, and delivering exceptional service to players, coaches, and event personnel. This role requires strong organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Acting as a brand ambassador, the Tour Representative upholds L.A.B. Golf’s standards of professionalism while building relationships and supporting athletes throughout each event.

Responsibilities And Duties Athlete Support and Brand Representation

  • Serve as the onsite representative for L.A.B. Golf at professional tour events.
  • Manage relationships with professional players, caddies, and event staff.
  • Conduct player fittings, product demonstrations, and support sessions as needed.
  • Provide knowledgeable product guidance and fitting recommendations.
  • Uphold L.A.B. Golf standards of professionalism and service in all tournament environments.
  • Represent the brand with a consistent and professional presence.
Event Operations and Equipment Management
  • Transport, set up, and break down fitting equipment and display materials.
  • Manage and maintain tour inventory, demo equipment, and product assets.
  • Ensure all products and tools are organized and available during events.
  • Track equipment usage and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of tour workspace and equipment.
Logistics and Travel Coordination
  • Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and shipping needs.
  • Transport products and equipment to and from event locations.
  • Drive rental vehicles and manage safe transport of inventory and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with travel requirements for domestic and international events.
  • Communicate shipping timelines and needs to the Tour Coordinator and shipping team.
Account and Build Management
  • Support player accounts by managing builds, orders, and followups.
  • Coordinate with the Tour Department on playerspecific builds and requests.
  • Maintain accurate player and build records using internal systems.
  • Track and communicate player usage, results, and product feedback.
  • Assist with order placement and prioritization for tour players.
Reporting and Communication
  • Provide event recaps including product usage, player interactions, and followup needs.
  • Communicate inventory shortages, build requests, and player feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Tour Coordinator on order tracking and replenishment.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with the Tour Director and internal teams.
Compliance and Safety
  • Follow all event safety protocols and proper equipment handling procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while representing L.A.B. Golf.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of tour equipment and workspace.
General Duties
  • Support additional Tour Department needs as assigned.
  • Assist with special events, player testing, or product launches when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of tour operations and processes.
Qualifications, Skills And Attributes Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Completion of LAB101 and LAB201 certifications within the first 3 months is required.
Experience
  • Preferred experience in tour support, event operations, golf industry, or product distribution.
  • Experience working in fastpaced, customerfacing environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with L.A.B. Golf products and fitting philosophy strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles for travel.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a passport for potential international travel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and flexible scheduling.
