Traffic Account Manager – International

Job Description:

  • Onboard new Gym Launch clients via Agency Onboarding Zoom calls
  • Ensure activation and integration of the following tech stack: GoHighLevel, Lead Connector, Twilio, GoDaddy, Meta/FB business manager, TikTok Ads manager, Zapier/Make.com, Asana
  • Host client facing “Pre-Launch” Zoom calls prior to ads going live to cover expectations and lay the foundation for a strong and successful relationship together.
  • Ensure that all media buyers are optimizing accounts to SOP standards and within KPI’s
  • Review account roster daily to ensure all are being served at a high level
  • Rebuild and optimize problem accounts to ensure excellent client experience
  • Provide feedback to media buyers to ensure alignment and results
  • Adhere to B2C marketing guidelines established by Gym Launch
  • Be available to our DIY clients to share expert advice on Paid Traffic Strategies
  • Support R&D testing to remain competitive in the B2C agency category.
  • Create educational Loom videos as needed for departments/clients.
  • Oversee and manage budgets provided by clients accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor emerging trends in social media paid advertising and adjust accordingly
  • Seek out new skills and strategies to help bring our services forward
  • Collaborate with team members on the clients in need of help, ensuring that the client experience exceeds their expectations.
  • Ensure that all client interactions are immediately and consistently noted
  • Maintain up to date technical expertise of all Gym Launch products
  • Ensure all stats sheets are managed and up to date by EOD Daily
  • Ensure EOW reports are submitted to Agency Manager by Friday EOD
  • Identify and communicate areas of opportunities for increased efficiencies and increased adoption within all Gym Launch Programs.
  • Complete preliminary Q.A. check prior to ads launch to ensure Facebook Integrations, software automations and more are set up appropriately.
  • Quickly identify gaps in our product and client experience that impact the success of our clients and communicate solutions to direct reports and other team members.
  • Confirm that all service procedures, policies, guidelines, and standards are being adhered to consistently and take necessary corrective actions when appropriate
  • Reply to each escalation and/or client request same-day or first thing the following day for overnight requests.

Requirements:

  • 2 Years Digital Marketing Lead Generation experience within the local Brick & Mortar Service sector - (US / Canada Markets)
  • 1 Year experience with GoHighLevel CRM and it’s integrations
  • 1 Year client facing experience
  • Efficient with Facebook, Instagram, Adwords Advertising Platforms
  • Experience with: Zapier, Twilio, Mailgun, GoDaddy, Canva, Lead Connector, Asana
  • Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to optimize marketing strategies based on findings.
  • Excellent communication skills via email, text and video conferencing
  • Excellent client-facing communication and energy
