Prior experience with the design, development and implementation of quality global educational courses, advanced learning program management, and technical and communication skills are essential.</p><p></p><p>The scope of the role will cover the overall educational program and training development deployment and maintenance processes as needed, ensuring development plans utilise diverse and innovative methodologies for delivery and are produced with high quality in support of Inspection Readiness.</p><p></p><p>Working as a Training Development Lead,<span> Manager</span> at Parexel FSP offers tremendous long-term job security and prospects. And we have an incredible pipeline of work.</p><p></p><p>Expect exciting professional challenges in inspiring studies, but with time for your outside life.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Responsibilities</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Manage courseware development including course design, publishing, testing and deployment.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical, instructional design and operational management for programs and be accountable for meeting project commitments.</p></li><li><p>Communicate and ensure a global understanding of training strategy and goals.</p></li><li><p>Manage deliverables according to endorsed plans and timelines across multi-functional teams including course design, development and deployment.</p></li><li><p>Partner with associated business line and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to proactively identify training needs and development and deployment of training programs.</p></li><li><p>Advised on processes, as needed, and monitor activities related to compliance oversight of training programs; ensure programs and projects are evaluated for effectiveness and customer satisfaction and that feedback is utilised as part of the continuous improvement process.</p></li><li><p>Development of metrics and performance measures, reporting and analysis to meet business needs, and regulatory requirements; budget management; develop and manage budget for training projects.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with training and education regulatory requirements and consistent implementation of best practices, standards, and training globally to support inspection readiness.</p></li><li><p>Mentor junior colleagues and serve as a role <span>model.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Here are a few requirements specific to this advertised role.</u></b></p><p></p><p>Education:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree.</p></li><li><p>MA in Ed Tech / Instructional Design is preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Skills and experience:</span></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical industry with focus on pharmacovigilance, regulatory and or clinical development.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5 years’ experience designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, and experience design.</p></li><li><p>Sound knowledge of Clinical Research & Development, Pharmacovigilance, and/or Regulatory in the pharmaceutical industry.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects <span>concurrently.</span></p></li><li><p>Preferably prior experience in monitoring adherence to compliance-based training <span>programs.</span></p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Articulate suite, and at least one of the following: Adobe, Vyond, Camtasia.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We care about our people and your passion, as they are the key to our success, and provide an open and friendly work environment where we empower people and provide them with opportunities to develop their long-term careers.
