This includes, but is not limited to: providing high-quality support, ensuring that compelling data, research, mapping, and ratings are delivered through Highspot, and optimizing the customer touchpoint program. </li> <li>Support the execution of sales support strategies, including lead generation, audience research, and data analysis.</li> <li>Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of Lamar Intelligence marketing materials, data outputs, and data-driven insights for RFP responses to ensure quality and consistency.</li> <li>Maintain and update data within Lamar Intelligence platforms and supporting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li> <li>Monitor and coordinate the maintenance of the Transit National Sales Proposal Generator.</li> <li>This focus includes, but is not limited to: products, availability status, rates, negotiation parameters, impressions, and production details.</li> <li>Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to fulfill data requests and support client needs.</li> <li>Support training initiatives by coordinating materials, assisting with sessions, and reinforcing platform usage best practices.</li> <li>Support day-to-day operational tasks, assist with monthly leadership reporting, and complete additional projects as requested by the Strategist and AVP to improve efficiency and drive revenue, ensuring all deadlines are upheld.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements </strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Required </strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required in an applicable field: Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or Business.</li> <li>1-2 years of related work experience, preferably in the outdoor advertising industry.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Preferred:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><strong></strong>Above-mentioned experience in the outdoor advertising industry</li> <li>Experience working with data platforms, CRM systems, or sales tools</li> <li>Experience in media and familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)</li> </ul> <p><span style="background-color: #ffff99;">Please note: Upon submitting your application, you will be asked to complete an 8-15 minute personality assessment.
