<strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong><strong> JOB DESCRIPTION <br><br></strong>The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the Treasury team in all cash management activities such as liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, bank account management and financial analysis.<br><br><strong>Job Duties<br><br></strong><ul><li> Monitors and manages daily cash balances and daily cash position to ensure liquidity to meet short and long-term operational needs </li><li> Monitors and manages cash flow forecast to ensure timely and accurate forecasting of cash inflows and outflows </li><li> Assists in identifying, analyzing and mitigating financial risk </li><li> Executes wire transfers, ACH payments and other banking transactions in accordance with company policies </li><li> Manages online banking platform and bank account administration </li><li> Maintains relationships with banking partners, assisting with account management, bank fee analysis and service issues </li><li> Assists in managing process of corporate insurance liability coverage </li><li> Assists in administering Corporate T&E card program </li><li> Assists in the development and implementation of Treasury policies, procedures and internal controls </li><li> Ensures compliance with internal controls and Treasury policies </li><li> Other duties as assigned. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> N/A <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Education<br><br></strong><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree, required; focus in Accounting or Finance, preferred <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li> Two (2) or more years of experience in a Treasury focused role, required <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>License/Certifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> CTP, preferred <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Software<br><br></strong><ul><li> Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite, preferred </li><li> Advanced experience with Excel, preferred <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Superior verbal and written communication skills with strong financial acumen </li><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li> Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels </li><li> Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects / tasks with an attention to detail </li><li> Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment </li><li> Proficient in utilization of data entry skills </li><li> Ability to provide superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders </li><li> Ability to make effective decisions in complex situations <br><br><br></li></ul>Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.<br><br>National Range: $70,000 - $75,000<br><br>Maryland Range: $70,000 - $75,000<br><br>NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $70,000 - $75,000<br><br><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>Join us at BDO, where you will find more than a career, you’ll find a place where your work is impactful, and you are valued for your individuality.
