You will focus on supporting Engineering hiring teams & leaders through the intern program, full cycle recruiting, and recruiting events & programs.</p> <p><strong>The impact you will have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advise and partner with managers and directors in our Engineering organization</li> <li>Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates</li> <li>Partner with UR Team to assist with team matching and allocation</li> <li>Plan & host university recruiting events</li> <li>Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we look for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders as a talent advisor</li> <li>A track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical candidates while providing top-tier candidate experience</li> <li>A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes that support a diverse candidate pool</li> <li>AI builder mindset: you're using AI for personal productivity and programs at scale - you're excited to work with the team to discover how we can improve!</li> </ul> <p>This is an hourly contract role intended for June-December, though we retain the right to shorten or extend the contract at any time.</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><strong>Pay Range Transparency</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 14px;">Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
